Dissolves in water, dries clear and is easily reversible in cold water. Works great for repairing paper tears and for use as size and paint binder. Adds long-term stability to wheat starch paste.

Stir 1 rounded tablespoon methyl cellulose into 1/2 cup distilled water. Let stand and thin with water if necessary. Acid-free, non-toxic, odorless and vermin-proof.
